Moto is one brand which has been always known for providing quick updates but recently after getting acquired by Lenovo the company has lost it’s consistency. Still they have released a list of devices getting the Android O update.

Moto G5, Moto G5 Plus, Moto G5S, Moto G5S Plus, Moto Z Play, Moto Z, Moto Z Force, Moto Z2 Play. All these devices will get Android Oreo update soon. Moto haven’t told about when they will get the update but looking at past records it should reach your devices by November 2017.

For all you Moto G4 series users there will be no Oreo update for you. We expected Moto to provide two major updates but looks like Moto has also started using the One and go policy. This means Android Oreo might be the last update for you Moto G5 series smartphone.

Motorola India has officially confirmed by tweeting that the Moto G4 Plus will get the Android Oreo 8 Update.
