Both phones come with Plastic build, 6.53-inch FHD+ Display Redmi 9 Prime has  Dewdrop Notch whereas Redmi Note 9 left punch-hole display, Redmi 9 is powered by Helio G80 whereas Note 9 has Helio G85 Processor.

Redmi 9 Prime comes with 13MP main Camera, 8MP Ultra-wide, 5MP macro,2MP depth sensor, and 8MP front camera whereas Redmi Note 9 has 48MP main camera, 8MP Ultra Wide, 2MP depth, Macro and 13MP front camera, Both are packed by 5020mAh Battery.
