Situated in the heart of the show floor, the Technical Theatre has been designed to serve as a learning hub for installers and industry technicians to gain a higher understanding of the challenges facing the sector and what some of the solutions and opportunities might be.

Discussion Panel: The future of AV distribution – Are we ready?

Moderated by Essential Install’s founding editor Daniel J Sait, CYP will present what promises to be a lively and informative panel session entitled The future of AV distribution – Are we ready?. This one-hour session, taking place on both show days, will explore this crucial area bringing together some key players and experts from the industry. Areas that the session will cover will include how to avoid the challenges of present systems, and how to prepare for the future.

Industry experts sitting on the panel will include Nick Bovill, European technical and training manager for CYP, Martin Ellis, member of the HDMI Forum and managing director at manufacturer Pulse-Eight, James Meredeth, WyreStorm’s Enado global product manager, as well as special guests from both the HDBaseT Alliance and the SDVoE Alliance, both absolutely crucial trade bodies in supporting and promoting present and future technologies.

This one-hour Discussion Panel will take place at 11.30am each day of the show in the CYP Technical Theatre, don’t be late, it promises to be a cracker!
