The Jio phone looks like a normal phone with standard features and has a small screen with the numeric keypad on the front. All of the parts of a phone is built of plastic and we can say that the phone has a good quality. The weight of the phone is manageable and fits well in hand.
The front screen of the phone measures 2.4 inches and has a resolution of 240×320 pixels.The viewing angles of the phone are not so good but that’s also be expected with the price of the device. The phone has a two function button, one D-pad, the call and disconnect button and number pad below the display. There is a VGA camera besides the earpiece at the top of the screen.
The back portion of Jio phone has 2-megapixel camera and loudspeaker. The back cover is removable. The phone has a 2000 mAh powerful battery backup and has a single Nano-Sim slot and a MicroSD card slot. The phone also has Micro-USB port at the bottom along with 3.5 mm headphone socket. On the top, the phone has an LED torch which will be activated on the long pressing the up button on the D-pad.

The phone is powered by a dual-core processor manufactured by either Qualcomm or Spreadtrum and has a 512 MB of RAM. Jio phone has 4 GB internal storage. Out of it 1 GB available for this user, 1 GB is reserved for apps and the rest will be used for storage software updates and app cache.
If we talk about connectivity in this review, the Jio phone has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Bluetooth can be used to transfer the file and other items on another device and through Wi-Fi, the user can connect to the internet and access internet without using cellular data.
