Coolpad company on Thursday launched a new Coolpad Note 5 Lite Smartphone in India. As the name suggests, the phone is the basic version of Coolpad Note 5 smartphone, which was launched in India back in Sept. The smartphone will go on sale exclusively via Amazon India from Tuesday, March 21. The smartphone price is Rs. 8,199 and will be available in Gols and Grey Colour variants.
The Coolpad Note 5 Lite smartphone comes with a 5.00-inches, IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, 16M colors display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels at a PPI of 294 pixels per inch and protection 2.5D curved glass display. The smartphone powered by a 1.1GHz Quad-core MediaTek MT6735CP SoC coupled with comes with a 3GB of RAM. The smartphone packs 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 64GB via a MicroSD card.

The Coolpad Note 5 Lite runs Android OS, v6.0 (Marshmallow) and is powered by a 2500 mAh non-removable battery. The smartphone packs a 13 MP autofocus, LED flash primary camera and a 8 MP front camera for selfies. The smartphone camera features Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama.
The Coolpad Note 5 Lite is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM. The smartphone connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, USB OTG, 3G and 4G with support for band 40 used by some LTE Networks in India. The Coolpad Note 5 Lite include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.
