Netflix For Kids – Good Luck Charlie

Good Luck Charlie

Good Luck Charlie might seem like any ordinary TV show about a normal family, but if that is what you are thinking, boy you are in for a treat. Well, where would you start? Teddy Duncan (Bridgit Mendler) the main star of the show makes video diaries for her little sister Charlie (Mia Talerico), to help her survives their crazy family. You got P.J (Jason Dolley), the interesting/dumb oldest sibling in the family, you have Amy Duncan (Leign-Allyn Baker) the self-centered mother, Gabe (Bradley Steven Derry), the humorous prankster, Bob Duncan (Eric Allan Kramer), the easy to trick father of the family, as you know, Teddy ,the “perfect ” 2nd child who knows, or at least thinks she knows what she is dealing with in life, and last but not least, little Charlotte Duncan, who you would underestimate, but she can understand a lot more than you think, with a little ‘tude’. But along with this realistic fiction story plot, are some jifs. If you watch 7 minutes and 19 seconds into episode 5, season 3, you will hear Quint say that he lost a pinky while he was “tangling” with a labradoodle. He held up 9 fingers (obviously holding his pinky back)And the camera was angled in such a way, that you could see his pinky being held back.

Now in this show, after Teddy says, “good Luck Charlie ”, the next take (filmed part of the show) always shows something funny, and fantasy like, so that you can get a good laugh which I admire but it makes every other mistake/jif look like a production problem. So, for instance when you could see Quint’s pinky as it was accidentally filmed, it sort of look like a stupid mistake and it makes the production look dumb. But you got to hand it to  Disney, the concepts of a crazy family which keep on having more members like every five minutes is insane. Even better, selling the television series to Netflix was smart to pull in more viewers.  Unfortunately “ Good Luck Charlie “will be removed from Netflix on May 2nd due to its reported deadline. So enjoy it while it’s here. Everyone needs a life lesson once in a while, right? To wrap it up, let’s give a nice thanks to Mia Talerico because babies/toddlers are one of the hardest actress to work within show biz. Good Luck Mia ! or as you would say in the show, Good Luck Charlie!!!
