FRUIT HARVESTERS URGENTLY REQUIRED IN THE UNITED STATES

We’re currently recruiting talented, dedicated and self-motivated individuals to serve as Fruit PICKERS OR HARVESTERS for reputable companies in UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. You’ll be required to pay strong attention to details and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing top notch customer service experience.

Fruit pickers or often times referred to as harvesters, plays a key role in the agriculture industry, since fruit is fragile, it requires tender harvesting process. The use of mechanized picking machines will no doubt damage and destroy the fruit.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Extensive sitting

Exposure to extreme temperatures

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Repetitive Movement

Extensive pushing and pulling

Frequent Stooping

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties and responsibilities of the position but not limited to the following

Orchard clean-up, Care of young non-producing fruit trees, training of trees, ability to safely handle a 12-foot orchard ladder

Workers may be asked to assist with planting/thinning/pruning/harvesting. Care must be taken at all times so as not to damage or bruise fruit.

Workers must obey all safety rules and basic instructions and be able to recognize, understand and comply with safety, pesticide warning/ re-entry and other essential postings.

Workers will be Training, Thinning, Pruning, Stripping, and Harvesting of Apples.

It also includes hand weeding, suckering, leaf stripping, cluster removal and canopy adjustments in the vineyards.

Tying, taping or clipping apple limbs to wires. Tying up or down apple limbs. Training and limb positioning of apple trees.
