Samsung has finally done it! After so many months of rumors about its Android Go smartphone, the company has released Samsung Galaxy J2 Core smartphone. Samsung officially unveiled the Samsung Galaxy J2 Core in India on August 24, 2018, thereby joining the likes of TECNO, Infinix and itel who has earlier introduced Android Go Smartphones couple of month ago.

The device features a 5.0-inch TFT display with 540 x 960 pixels resolution with dual sim and runs Android 8.1 Oreo Go Edition. Android Go is a streamlined version of Android Oreo that is optimized to run on a low-speed device, such as devices with 1GB RAM and 8GB of storage. Samsung Galaxy J2 Core comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage which can be extended to 64GB via a MicroSD Card.
