How To Create a Facebook Developer Account
You need to have a Facebook normal account in order to create a developer account. If you already have a Facebook normal account, you can quickly use it to create a developer account. But I will advise you create another account which you will link to your developer account. This new account may not actually be real, it’s just for your developer account.
Once you have setup a new Facebook account or wanna use your already existing account, follow the steps below to create a Facebook developer account.
» Visit the Facebook for Developer page here: https://developers.facebook.com/apps.
» Tap on the ‘Create New App’ button at the right side of the screen. A screen will pop-up asking you to create a developer account. Login to your normal Facebook account if prompted.
» On the next screen that appears, tap on ‘Next’ to create your account. At this point, you have successfully created a Facebook developer account.

If you only want to create the developer account, you may stop at this point. But if you wish to start creating Facebook apps with your developer account, you have complete on more additional step.
And what is the step?
» On the next screen that appears after creating the developer account, enter your App’s name, your email address and tap on ‘Next.’
» Type in the Security number that shows on the screen to continue.
» The last thing to do is to fill out your details. Tell Facebook a little about you to complete the steps. That’s all!
