Though the Insurance sector can be extremely rewarding to work in, today’s industry has a number of challenges ahead of it. Customer demographics are changing, and competition has become extremely tight. The same strategies that were deployed by insurance companies thirty years ago, using legacy systems, are no longer guaranteed to work.
