Liverpool took 3 precious points after a phenomenal performance against table-toppers Manchester City on Sunday.

The Reds were staunch throughout the match but completely dazzled Pep Guardiola’s side in the second half by scoring 3 goals in the space of 9 minutes.

Quickfire goals from Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane & Mohamed Salah truly rattled Manchester City, who just couldn’t manage to overcome the onslaught from Liverpool.

Mo Salah and Sadio Mane’s goal at the time were probably luxury but there’s no denying the importance of Firmino’s goal and it clearly showed in the Celebration between James Milner and a staff member in the tunnel.

Milner, who started the game on the bench, was spotted wildly celebrating with Ray Haughan, the First-Team Operations Manager with the Merseyside club.
