Be a Genius
If you have the Genius trait, you will have a slightly higher chance of getting abducted by aliens in The Sims 4. Plus, this also allows your sim to gain the Focused Moodlet which is extremely useful in learning the Logic skill and succeeding in the Scientist career.
Aliens will be more interested in sims that have this trait compared to sims that do not have the Genius trait. So, if you want to get abducted, make sure that you select it during CAS.
Stargazing
If you are a fan of The Sims, you’ll know that this is the classic way of getting abducted. Luckily, you can still do it in The Sims 4 as well. After you reach at least level seven in the Logic skill, you can select the “Search for The Truth” option of the telescope.

Plus, once you hit the maximum level (level ten) in the Scientist career, you will unlock the “Out of this World” desktop computer. It can be found under “Electronics” under “Computers.”
Using it will also increase your abduction meter and you will have a great chance of getting abducted by aliens during the night. Keep in mind that you cannot use it for the next 24 hours since it completely fills your meter.
Electroflux Wormhole Generator
Once you hit level six of the Scientist career, you will unlock the invention constructor item. This is an extremely useful device as it allows you to create the Electroflux Wormhole Generator. This contraption increases your chance of getting abducted which is a great thing.
Plus, you can also use it to visit an alien world called Sixam. Here, you can meet aliens and explore the world without being abducted.
Cheat to Get Abducted
Finally, if you do not want to wait for the perfect moment or cannot get abducted for some reason, you can always use cheats. To get abducted by using cheats in The Sims 4, you need to:
- Press Control + Shift + C.
- Type in “testingcheats true” and hit enter.
- Type in “interactions.push AlienAbduction_BeAbducted” and hit enter again.
This will allow your currently selected sim to get abducted by aliens. You can do this multiple times if you want your sim to get pregnant with an alien baby. Keep in mind that only male sims can get pregnant if they get abducted by aliens.
Since the chance is quite low, you can continue using the cheat to get abducted until you get the result that you are looking for.
