Creating mini designs or micro digitizing is difficult to do in embroidery - you can only go as small as the width of the thread.  Embroidery digitizing isn't anything like pen and paper or digital vectors, it has to be done a certain way.  When someone asks us to put a shield design on a nametape with writing in the shield, its not going to work out - the writing is way too small to be readable - its going to look like a line by the time its stitched out, if we can even stitch it out.  Vectors are clear at any size - no so for embroidery!  As hard as we try, lots of stuff cannot be stitched this small.  But we have come up with a few small designs that we think work perfectly!  This wolf is one of them - you can see a large amount of detail in the wolf - he has different colors of fur, he has shape and he looks good.
