While we know embroidered patches are the regular tradition and custom embroidered patches look absolutely awesome, they do have some limitations.  One example is the amount of detail that you can have in a small patch is limited to the size of the patch you are ordering - if you want a 2 inch patch, there will not be a lot of embroidered detail work on that patch - of course we are embroidery masters, so we can get in more details than the average digitizers, but we are limited to the size and "embroidery rules".  Small lettering is also an issue with embroidery - it is really difficult to make small lettering readable in embroidery.  Again, being embroidery masters we manually digitize small lettering to make it look it's absolute best.  BUT you don't have any of these issues with printed patches - small lettering is readable and clear - and looks great (although some lettering is so small you have to be right up close to read it, LOL) but it is still readable.  There are no color limitations with printed custom patches - you don't have to worry about how you design the patch - use any colors that you want, create your patch how you want it to be, and then send it to us, and we will create your patch.  Every patch includes merrowing and your choice of backing - hook side velcro, iron-on and no backing - which means you need to sew the patch on to your tactical gear.   Check out the quality in the patches below - clear writing, shades of colors, fine detail and bright colors.
