The first type are the vinyl picture patches - that is where we take your picture, patch design or logo and turn it into a patch. The results are fantastic and exactly what you would expect. We take things a bit further with your patches and add a velcro background and merrowing on the edge for a complete, professional look. The second type of patches that we offer are PVC vinyl patches! They are completely different than the PVC vinyl picture patches! Parts of the production are different, and parts of the same.
The PVC vinyl are cut out - and form a silhouette on the patches - that is why we call them PVC vinyl shadow patches. There are a few benefits using this process. First you can have the same choices of background fabrics as regular patches - you can still have your ripstop multicam fabric with your PVC vinyl shadow patches! You have your choice of vinyl colors for most of the patches - black, grey, white, athletic gold, and brown. We also offer a few special pvc vinyl for your patches - GLOW IN THE DARK being one of them - and the glow in the dark patches are awesome! We are working on reflective vinyl patches, but we have yet to find a product that is good enough for regular use.
The second benefit from the PVC vinyl patches is the CLARITY...the clarity of the writing or designs on the patch. Each letter or word or design is professionally cut and is very sharp and clear, even at smaller sizes. Here is a good example - take a good look at the lettering - its sharp clear and looks amazing! The patch below is also glow in the dark! The patch has not been merrowed yet, but the lettering looks great - we love the stencil font we use for these patches.
Also note that each of these patches are CUSTOM PVC VINYL PATCHES. Custom means that you and pick the lettering on the patches. We do have a few designs for you to pick from, but if you are looking for your own lettering on a patch, this is the place to be.
