After qualifying for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) the Super Eagles of Nigeria will take on the Cranes of Uganda in a friendly game on Tuesday, November 20.
The game comes after Nigeria’s 1-1 draw away at South Africa which guaranteed them a top-two finish in Group E of the AFCON 2019 qualifiers.
The game will be played at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba, Delta State.
DSTV are the official broadcasters of the friendly game. The game will be shown on one of the SuperSport channels.
The line up for the Super Eagles has been released by coach Gernot Rohr
Rohr made some shocking decision but still kept faith in the duo of Ahmed Musa and Alex Iwobi in attack from the team that drew 1-1 against South Africa , they will play with former Nigeria U17 duo of Victor Osimhen and Samuel Chukwueze in attack.
John Ogu will play in central defence alongside Semi Ajayi as opposed to his original role in the midfield while the trio of Oghenekaro Etebo and Mikel Agu and Iwobi will play in the middle
