Today's Gossip: PSG Come Knocking For Sanchez; Plus More On Reus, Gray & Zaha

PSG "are willing to pay around £300,000-a-week and are confident they will be able to sign him," while he has also been linked with Juventus and Atletico Madrid.
Is it all over for Alexis Sanchez and Arsenal? The Mirror reports that it is, claiming the Chile international "is on his way after a series of rows with Arsene Wenger."

Wenger dropped top scorer Sanchez to the bench for Saturday's defeat at Liverpool but brought him on for the second half with his team 2-0 down.
The Mirror says Sanchez "has made it clear he wants to quit," with French champions Paris Saint-Germain "leading the chase" for his signature.

Its report says the decision to drop him was taken following "a simmering row after his performance and attitude in the 5-1 Champions League thrashing at Bayern Munich," with Wenger feeling it would benefit squad harmony.

It claims the forward's attitude in training has been questioned and "he has become increasingly difficult to manage."

Sanchez, whose Arsenal contract expires in the Summer, has been offered a new deal worth a reported £180,000-a-week, but the Mirror says he was "furious" at being dropped and is determined to go.

Chelsea Told To Pay Up For Reus
Chelsea have reportedly been told that they will need to pay £70million if they want to tempt Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund into selling playmaker Marco Reus.
The Blues have joined Arsenal and Liverpool in the hunt for the Germany international and Dortmund are looking to get the maximum value for the 27-year-old, who is under contract until the summer of 2019, reports the Sunday Express.

Blues chief Antonio Conte is looking to strengthen his squad this summer, despite their dominant form in the Premier League this season, and Reus is one of the players that he would like to bring to Stamford Bridge.

However, there could be a stumbling block on the horizon if the Chelsea board decides that there is no long-term value in signing a player who has had injury issues this season.

Premier League Sides Queue Up For Striker Gray
The race is on to sign Burnley striker Andre Gray this summer, according to several newspaper reports on Sunday.
The Sunday Mirror claims that West Ham, Southampton, Stoke and Newcastle all want the Clarets hotshot, while the Sunday Express says that Tottenham are the frontrunners for his signature.

The link to Spurs is no great surprise, given that Gray has been talked about in terms of a switch to White Hart Lane for the last 18 months or so.

Mauricio Pochettino is looking for a different kind of forward to compliment leading marksman Harry Kane, and Gray’s pace and power would certainly give Spurs a threat over the top – albeit from the bench.

So that brings the other four clubs into the argument. West Ham have been actively looking for another frontman for some time now and Gray would arguably be first choice straight away, but Stoke recently signed Saido Berahino and Newcastle have Dwight Gayle leading their line – although Rafa Benitez is probably of the opinion that Gayle is not really Premier League standard should, as expected, the Magpies seal an immediate return to the top flight.

The link to Southampton also makes some sense, given that their in-form marksman Manolo Gabbiadini is impressing so much that several of the Premier League’s big boys are beginning to sit up and take notice ahead of the summer transfer window.

Spurs Zoom In On Zaha
Tottenham Hotspur had hoped to land winger Wilfried Zaha last summer, but had an offer turned down. This summer they might get their man, according to the Mirror.
It reports that Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino "is confident they will land £30 million-rated Zaha" and that officials "believe they can get the deal done."

Spurs also asked about Zaha in January, but with Palace fighting a battle to avoid relegation any move during the season was blocked.

Zaha -- also reported to be interesting Bundesliga high-fliers RB Leipzig -- is under contract until 2020 but Spurs could offer him a pay increase and, potentially, Champions League football.

Chelsea Face Frustration In Defender Pursuit
Chelsea's interest in Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci may be thwarted despite recent reports indicating that he could arrive at Stamford Bridge at the end of the season.
The Mail says Bonucci, also linked with Manchester City, has indicated that he wants to see out a Juventus contract that runs until 2021.

The centre-back was dropped by Massimiliano Allegri for the Champions League victory at Porto after a reported disagreement.

But although he has said that problem is now resolved, he is reported to have acknowledged that what happens come the summer is up to the club.

Chelsea have been told that they will need to pay £70m if they want to sign Borussia Dortmund playmaker Marco Reus while several Premier League sides are chasing Burnley striker Andre Gray, according to Sunday’s newspapers.
