EPL Review: Tottenham Fail To Secure Top Spot At Bournemouth

Tottenham remain the only unbeaten team in the Premier League but missed the chance to go top of the table with a 0-0 draw against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.

The North London side looked dull and faced a Cherries' side that had every determination to Secure at least a point.
Mauricio Pochettino would be grateful that his players escaped two red cards with Erik Lamela and Moussa Sissoko escaping Craig Pawson's books.

Lamela was fortunate not to pick up a second yellow on 40 minutes after having a lunge at Dan Gosling while towards the closing stages, Sissoko would strike Harry Artur with an elbow that left the midfielder in fury and the ire of those in attendance.
With Craig Pawson missing the view it is expected the French International would get a retrospective susspension.

Spurs' late push to find the first goal of the game and winner would be futile as the team could not find a clear cut opening with Pochettino looking to change things in the hope of finding a winner late on.

The draw leaves Spurs in third position and Bournemouth in 12th.

Mauricio would be facing Liverpool next weekend and would be hoping his boys can secure all three points and not fall out quickly from title contention.
