Former Super Eagles midfielder, Mutui Adepoju will play in the Victor Ezeji Testimonial on Saturday, January 7, 2017.
Adepoju spoke with the chairman of the Main Organising Committee, MOC, China Acheru on Thursday to firm up his plans to be in Port Harcourt for the big event.
“I will be in Port Harcourt for the testimonial,” Mutui said.
“It’s a nice city where I played in as a footballer with Femo Scorpions and visited as an administrator with Shooting Stars but most of all it will be good to be around to honour one of us who has paid his dues,” Adepoju said.
Adepoju, who runs the LaLiga office in Abuja will play for Team Ezeji alongside the likes of Emakpor Joseph Dibofun, Imama Amapakabo, Ahmed Abdurahman, Mangut Mbwas, Abubakar Musa, Martin Datoru, Emma Ebiede amongst others.
Team Ezeji will come up against Team NPFL that will feature the likes of Shehu Dikko, Mobi Okparaku, Sam Ledor, Dondo Avaa, Kennedy Okogba, Aondomen Tali, Ifeanyi Nwachukwu, Binebi Numa, Ernest Teigbanyo and Albert Chinwo
