'Club's a mess top to bottom': Some West Ham fans rage at Sullivan's reported plan

According to a report from Claret and Hugh, David Moyes is guaranteed to still be in charge of West Ham next season, regardless of whether they stay up or not.

Considering the fact that C&H are Hammers co-owner David Sullivan's favourite mouthpiece, we can take those claims as being pretty substantial.

And some West Ham Fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to the suggestion that Moyes will be in charge at the London Stadium next season regardless…

Owners' ambition has a big part to play

There are two ways of looking at this.

Firstly, Moyes hasn't exactly set the world alight since taking over at the London Stadium.

West Ham haven't really made any progress in the Premier League table. And they are still bang in trouble.

Many Hammers fans are questioning the Scot's capabilities at the highest level.

On the other hand, however, it could be argued that the former Everton and Manchester United boss would be the perfect candidate to bring West Ham back up, if they do indeed get relegated this season.

It would make more sense if the Hammers stayed up and then decided to part ways with Moyes. That's if the owners have any genuine ambition of course.

We will just have to wait and see. But if C&H are to be believed, the 57-year-old is set to remain in east London for quite some time yet.
