The rest of the final five teams took part in week one with my reigning premiers in my Pirates going down in our Qualifying Final to last seasons wooden spooners in MovingUpwards Port Douglas Pilgrims. We live on and will have to use our double chance for our title defence.
In the Elimination Final Deeman1 Scorpions had brilliant second half to come back and beat a very shocked Gunslingers coach and upset Kakarot on a flight back from overseas. Customs apparently had to deal with a primal scream as he saw final scores on his mobile phone. Brad Crouch named as emergency came back to bite hard.
