Roberto Di Matteo To Take Milan Over From Allegri?

The list is getting larger…

Just when things were starting to get better, Parma shocked its guests at the Ennio Tardini last weekend – which has only added cold water to Milan’s already burned area. In addition, it has again put coach Massimiliano Allegri’s job in jeopardy.

Sources in Italy suggest that president Silvio Berlusconi has made a list of Allegri’s possible successors, mainly composed of club’s legends. According to Swiss reports, the latest one being linked with Milan is surprisingly former Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo.

The Italian tactician is considered to be in pole-position to take over the Switzerland national team, however he may be offered other possible destinations, with the Rossoneri’s bench the latest one in the queue.

Di Matteo lost his job only six months after winning the Champions League with the London club and in now a free agent. Whilst, Allegri arrived at Milan back in 2010, but could face the exit door as early as in Wednesday.

Another Swiss source, Gerüchteticker.com claims that Grasshoppers’ goalkeeper Roman Burki has emerged as the latest San Siro side target, alongside compatriot Yann Sommer.
