Silverback is a line of hoops manufactured and distributed by the Escalade Inc. It excels in delivering durable and top-shelf b-ball products at a reasonable price. The silverback 60” basketball system is no exception and can hold its own even in the harshest conditions.
Due to being DuPont powder coated, the pole is immune to rust, premature wearing, and corrosion. To protect players from potential injuries, padding has been provided for the pole. As the support system is a 2-piece pole, it is likely to vibrate and wobble occasionally.
Its tempered glass backboard delivers authentic rebound and gives the hoop an attractive look. Since it is 60” wide and has a rectangular shape, you will be able to practice lay-up off the backboard. In addition, the backboard is padded to safeguard player against injuries.
The silverback hoop comes with the breakaway rim instead of the traditional one. That means the backboard ain’t gonna come down when you perform a dunk.
Adjusting the rim height is a cakewalk with the steel actuator. With the actuator, you can adjust the rim height from 7.5 to 10 feet.
