PSL Playoff 2
The Pakistan Super League has its second Playoff that will be played on 1st March 2017. It’s the Karachi Kings who have totally changed the scenario of league rankings. In their last league game match, they have stunned everyone with their performance and it’s the giant Gayle who was the Player of the Match. If Islamabad Hinted would have won, the playoffs teams acing each other will be different but now its Peshawar vs Quetta in the 1st Playoff and Karachi vs Islamabad in the 2nd Playoff. The timings of clash are 20:00 as per the local time and according to GMT it’s 16:00.
The most surprising thing is that, Karachi has done a tremendous comeback. They have beat Islamabad United in the last league game, so what will happen next when they will face each other once again in their playoff match? Will Pollard and Gayle will show some good cricket and manage to beat Islamabad or the MisbahUlHaq squad has some special preparations for the match. We all will witness this on 1st March.
Islamabad vs Karachi
Two Islamabad plates have been suspended which obviously had a great impact on their game. Though they have very good players, but sometimes it’s just a single mistake which costs you a lot. On the other hand, Karachi Kings are unique in their own style. It was the Gayle impact which was missing in the starting games, but now when the giant is back, it’s pretty sure that the Kings will be the favorite one in this match.
The teams have 8-8 points in total, they have played their league matches very well, but now it’s just a one game which will decide their fate. Kumar Sangakkara seems quite confident now and the others players like Shoaib Malik, Kieron Pollard and Chris Gayle are the ones who is a big support for the captain right now. Let’s hope that the best team will win the 2nd playoff of PSL 2017.
