CHIPPEWA CO., Wis. (WEAU) — The U.S. Navy Blue Angels are making a stop in the Chippewa Valley. One jet and members of the elite demonstration flight team will be meeting with the Chippewa Valley Air Show organizers Thursday afternoon. They’re meeting to review expectations and begin preparations for the 2018 show next summer. The jet is expected to arrive at the airport around 1p.m. and depart at 8a.m Friday. The visit is not open to the public, but fans should watch the sky around these times.
