The traditional methods of Learning, such as face-to-face instruction, often see challenges in keeping Learners motivated and engaged throughout the process, creating the risk for employees to miss important content and having ineffective training. Even with reading and note-taking, learners are lacking active participation which makes it harder to gain viable information. For a successful learning experience, it is critical that learners can focus on the subject matter being delivered and are interested and engaged in the learning to ensure attention is maintained.
