The majority of today's workforce is made up of millennials, and this number is on the rise. The Millennial Generation, also known as Generation Y, is represented by people born in the early 1980s through to the late 1990s. They grew up with rapidly-changing technology. Millennials on the older end of the spectrum may have had Walkman players, while the younger ones probably had iPods.  Either way, everyone in the millennial generation matured during the technology era. As a result, using the internet is second nature.
