Its make or break for Manchester United tonight as they take on Zorya in the cold and sub zero temperatures in Ukraine (KO 18:00).

Manchester United will be out to secure the result needed to seal their place in the knock out stages of the Europa League in the early kickoff on tonight.

Ahead of the game, Mourinho raised concerns over the pitch, stating the game should have been played earlier in the competition, due to the freezing weather conditions currently in the Ukraine.

“The pitch is very hard, the pitch is very icy,” Mourinho told reporters in the build-up.

“They are putting warmth on the top of it, but the pitch is very difficult and people cannot make miracles. Let’s hope everything goes well. I think UEFA know the conditions of the pitch and everybody knows that in mid-December the conditions in Ukraine and Eastern Europe are more difficult, so if UEFA was worried about it, they should change the fixtures and not allow the last fixtures to be played there in mid-December.

Manchester Utd have seen an upturn in fortunes in recent weeks, and should be heavily backed at 4/11 to take the victory which would put them through to the next round, which looks plenty big enough considering the strength of the starting eleven.

The Ukrainians can be backed at a a hefty price of 10/1, with 11/1 in places to shock Mourinho’s side.

It should be an entertaining clash in the cold of Ukraine, with the weather certain to have an impact on proceedings.
