Jordan Brand has officially unveiled Zion Williamson’s latest signature sneaker, the Jordan Zion 3. The Zion 3 exemplifies Zion Williamson‘s explosive playing style, characterized by an unstoppable combination of strength and speed. The sneaker was designed in a way to cater to Zion’s needs as it delivers unrivaled support in three crucial aspects: containment, court feel, and impact protection. Design details include a drop-in midsole that features exceptional Formula 23 foam while the responsive Zoom Air unit in the forefoot ensures plush cushioning for maximum responsiveness. Additionally, the shoe’s design makes comfort and stability a priority as it provides a seamless blend of functionality and performance.

When designing his third signature shoe in collaboration with the Jordan Brand design team, Zion told the Jordan Brand design team that he’s “made it out of the mud,” referencing the hard work on his journey from Marion, South Carolina, to the NBA. The design of the upper features a material and color splatter that was created using 3D imaging of Zion’s foot last launching through mud. This unique design not only tells Zion’s personal story, but it’s strategically reinforced to help contain strong lateral movements over the footbed.

The Zion 3 will be available in full-family sizing, with retail starting of $140.
