247 appears to be pretty high on these two additions

Michael Bruntz, who covers Nebraska for 247Sports, reported that 247 sports released its rankings of the Top-100 transfers and Nebraska landed two spots on the list

Running back Markese Stepp, from USC, and wide receiver Samori Toure both made the Top 100 Stepp took the No. 41 spot while Toure snagged No. 95. We got to see some of what Toure could do during the spring game but unfortunately Stepp was injured all spring so we didn’t get to see him run the ball.

As college football evolves around the transfer portal, a list of the Top 100 Transfers is probably somewhere you want to see Nebraska on a yearly basis. Going forward it will be interesting to learn how many scholarships Scott Frost will plan on reserving for the transfer portal. Some coaches have said as many as 10 spots every year they will dedicate to the transfer portal.

Maybe Nebraska should look at a number like three or four? If Nebraska wants to become successful it will need to do it through development so depending on the transfer portal every year probably would not be ideal.
