Flakes: From the Shores of Lake Mendota

The sellout streak is going to die! Blame SkyMall.

Good Wednesday morning Corn Nation! Jon sent me undercover into enemy territory. I am enjoying life on the shores of Lake Mendota in Madison, Wisconsin for a couple days for a work meeting. I’ve been asking around about how the Badger baseball team did, but no one seems amused. Don’t worry, I’m wearing red. The camouflage seems to be working.

Speaking of wearing red, it is time for our annual panic attack over the sacred Husker football sellout streak. Nearly 1,500 season tickets go on sale June 1. What if they don’t sell them all? Then how we continue to feel superior to other teams fans?
