The holiday period for 13 first team players has officially ended as they returned to the club on Wednesday to begin training.

Expectations from the fans are already sky-high as they look forward to the new campaign and what the team can achieve.

Barcelona legend and club captain, Andres Iniesta, has spoken about the upcoming campaign and he expects the team to win everything.

“We are going to fight for it all.” he said in his hometown of Fuentealbilla.

“There are no minor titles for us. Some of them are considered to be the most important, which are the ones we have won a lot of times.”

“But as I said, the season begins with a clean slate and, as always, we will go all out.”

Iniesta also commented on the start of Barcelona’s preseason: “I think what’s always motivated us is the excitement, the excitement to get back to work, to have fun.”

“And that’s what it is like every season. To begin with a clean slate, to begin aiming for new heights, to work hard. It’s a new stage with the new coach, but we have the same outlook as always.”
