After Tuesday’s round of Champions League matches Juventus are through to the last 8. The Serie A champions qualified for the quarter-finals with a 1-0 victory over Porto and 3-0 on aggregate.

Legendary goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon as been on form in Europe. Juventus kept the highest number of cleansheets in the competition (6) this season.

And going into the next round, Buffon would be extremely crucial.

Buffon admits he wants to avoid Leicester in Champions League

But speaking after the game, the Italian revealed the only team he wants to avoid is Leicester.

Buffon told Premium Sport: “The only team I’d like to avoid in the draw is Leicester.

“They have got enthusiasm, they know how to hurt the strongest teams. We’d have everything to lose against them.”

Leicester were also through to the last 8 after a 2-0 home win over Sevilla. Its their maiden campaign in the Champions League and they overturned a 2-1 first leg defeat.

Also through to the quarter-finals are teams like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. Los Blancos have won the competition a record 11 times, while Bayern Munich and Barcelona five times.
