Toţi cei care urmăresc F1, implicaţi sau simpli fani motorsport, au Fost surprinşi de victoria Ferrari. Dar cel mai surprins trebuie să fi fost Dr. Helmut Marko. Care spunea aşa după Australia:

"20.03.2015: Ferrari's performance must also be seen relatively: they are not closer, they are just better than last year.
"We at Red Bull do not believe that, with these restrictions in this form, any other manufacturer will ever catch up with Mercedes.
"If you do not have that engine, you have no chance at the moment."

"29.03.2015: 

De-asta de cele mai multe ori e mai bine să-ţi vezi de treabă şi să te preocupe numai ograda ta, nu a altora.

Ghici ce? Marko ar fi pariat pe Vettel la Sepang - în contextul declaraţiilor de după Australia, asta sună chiar ciudat. Dar omul a pariat pe fostul protejat şi mai are şi o declaraţie de bun simţ în ceea ce-l priveşte:

"He did not forget how to drive in one year. He just could not drive our car as he needed to. Maybe people will realise at last that it was not our car alone that gave him those four titles."
