Giants take another hit at linebacker

The New York Giants, already thin at inside linebacker with Ryan Connelly out for the season and Tae Davis and Alec Ogletree not playing, will be without EDGE Lorenzo Carter on Sunday vs. the Minnesota Vikings.

Carter, dealing with a neck injury, had been listed as questionable. He worked out on the field pre-game but was apparently deemed not ready to play.

Rookie Oshane Ximines will likely start in Carter’s place, with Tuzar Skipper also seeing increased snaps.
