In 2010 he became Eli Manning’s quarterback’s coach, helping him to an excellent season in 2011. Sullivan was hired as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator following the Giants’ Super Bowl win that year, a position he held from 2012 through 2014.He returned to the Giants in 2015 to once again coach Manning, and was promoted to offensive coordinator when Ben McAdoo was hired as head coach in 2016.

Sullivan is the second former Giants’ coach to interview with Denver. It was reported Tuesday that former head coach and offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo is also interviewing for the job. McAdoo was the quarterbacks coach for the Green Bay Packers prior to joining the Giants.
