The Ad Council is adding several new faces to its Board of Directors following the group’s spring meeting on Tuesday.

Diego Scotti, Chief Marketing Officer at Verizon, is being elected Board Vice Chair, joining additional Board Vice Chairs Linda Yaccarino, Chairman, Advertising Sales and Client Partnerships, NBCUniversal, and Jacki Kelley, CEO, Dentsu Aegis Network.

The Board is chaired by David Fischer, Chief Revenue Officer, Facebook who will vacate his seat after his 12 month term is up in July. He’ll be succeeded by Yaccarino.

Other new members are Mel Edwards, Global CEO, Wunderman Thompson, Stephanie McMahon, CBO WWE, Chad Engelgau, CEO, Acxiom, Pete Stein, CEO, Huge, David Creech, VP Brand Creative, North America, Nike and Blake Chandlee, VP Global Business Solutions, TikTok.

The Ad Council also elected two new members to its Leadership Council —Zachary Dominitz, SVP, Partnerships, CBS and Chris Schmicker, VP, Global Brand & Strategy, Xerox.
