Eagles parade 2018: Start time, TV schedule, live streaming for Philadelphia’s Super Bowl celebration

Everything you need to know.

I often thought I might never live to see the day the Philadelphia Eagles win the Super Bowl. But guess what? They did it. They really did it, guys and gals.

It’s still hard to believe. But reality might sink in a little more today. Because today is the day we’ve dreamed of for our entire lives: an Eagles Super Bowl Parade on Broad Street. It’s really happening.

Back when the Philadelphia Phillies won the World Series in 2008, it was reported that two million people came out for their championship parade. That number will likely pale in comparison to today’s attendance. The Phillies had won a title before, albeit in 1980. The Eagles’ last title win was in 1960. And that wasn’t a Super Bowl. And above all else, Philadelphia is a football town.

So there’s going to be more than two million people in Philadelphia for today’s parade. I’ve seen estimates of four to six million thrown around.

It’s going to be fantastic to celebrate with everyone. The players deserve this special moment. Eagles fans deserve this moment. Today, we show everyone that we are not the city of losers that people make us out to be.

The Lombardi Trophy will be on full display to remind everyone that we are the champions of the world.

Here’s everything you need to know about today’s parade.

Free beer: Back in the summer, Lane Johnson promised Philadelphia free beer if the Eagles won the Super Bowl. Bud Light reached out to help Lane. Here’s more info on how to get yours:

Eagles fans should look for Bud Light reps at one of the participating bars and taverns along the parade route, which will wend from South Philadelphia to the Art Museum starting at 11 a.m.

After a fan verifies age with the bar, Bud Light reps will give out a single token, which can be exchanged for a Bud Light. When someone redeems a token, he or she will receive a stamp indicating to all participating bars that they have already received their one comp Bud Light.

The Bud Light reps at participating bars also will distribute $10 Lyft coupons to encourage fans to get home safely.

For those who can’t make the parade, Bud Light also will offer a $7 rebate on purchases of a Bud Light six-pack (or larger) in excess of $7. The purchase must made on Feb. 8 or Feb. 9. Visit budlight.com/phillyphilly after noon Feb. 8 for more information.

Here’s a rumored list of the Bud Light locations.

Free rides: In addition to Bud Light reps distributing $10 Lyft coupons, Uber is teaming up with Miller Lite to give away two $10 ride credits between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Offer code: PHILLYPARADE

Weather: It’s going to be windy and cold, so make sure you dress warm.
