It’s officially bowl season, and while we may not be where we want to be, the Dawgs have nothing to hang their head about. As we prep for the bowls, let’s take a look at who is making headlines around the conference.

Here’s what’s happening around the SEC.

  • Kentucky has landed UGA transfer QB Brock Vandagriff from the portal. The Wildcats are getting a good one, and Vandagriff will have two years of eligibility remaining.
  • Alabama assistant Coleman Hutzler is likely to be the new defensive coordinator at Mississippi State.
  • Auburn tight end Tyler Fromm, brother of former UGA quarterback Jake Fromm, has entered the transfer portal.
  • Lane Kiffin wished Penn State defensive star Chop Robinson the best of luck after Robinson announced he was opting out of the Peach Bowl to prep for the NFL Draft.
  • Texas A&M DT LT Overton has entered the transfer portal. Georgia recruited Overton hard out of Milton High School, so keep an eye on this one.

GO DAWGS!!!
