Chelsea FC are confident of securing a deal to sign Callum Wilson from Bournemouth in the January transfer window, according to reports.

The Daily Express is claiming that the Blues are hoping to tie up the signing of the 26-year-old striker when the January Transfer window opens in the new year.

Wilson has been in solid form for Bournemouth this season, scoring eight goals and making five assists in 15 Premier League appearances so far.

Meanwhile, Chelsea FC are currently preparing for their trip to Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Sarri has been tasked with steering Chelsea FC back into the Champions League spots after they finished in fifth place in the table last season under Antonio Conte.
