Don Balon, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is looking at Spain international as a potential long-term option to resolve their issues at left-back.

The same article states that Manchester United are very appreciative of the 28-year-old’s qualities as Mourinho looks to land his second Signing of the summer transfer window.

Manchester United are convinced that Alba would be a good fit for their side as the Red Devils look to build on their first season under Mourinho.

The Portuguese coach endured a difficult working relationship with Luke Saw last term as the 21-year-old struggled with fitness and form in the Premier League.
