Well unfortunately the miracle didn't happen for the Gunners
I was the first one to believe that we (I like to use "we" when I speak of Arsenal, I feel concerned =) ) had done the most important part of the job by scoring 3 goals in the first half.
Unfortunately when we came back it was a complete different half and of course the supporters that are really sad like me tonight will all go to sleep and do nightmares of the miss chanced by van persie at the 53rd minute. We all know it should have been a goal and probably the one that would have sent us to the quaterfinals ! But can we really blame him ? We surely can't after the season he's having and the quality football he's been producing every single game !
Apart from that chance we didn't see much and if Nocerino was a good football player our hopes would have vanished before the final whistle if he hadn't miss that esay put in in front of the empty goal. It's the only real chance Milan has had in the match (with the miss target of Shaarawy in the first half), the only thing that I learned during this game is that I hate Ibrahimovic ! He spends his time arguing and falling down, he can do so much better than that because he is a really good player I think...
The Arsenal subs didn't bring anything and it's not really a surprise.. Chamakh has nothing to do under the Arsenal jersey as far as I am concerned, one more time he was useless and Park well their is nothing to say really... I believe he's a good player but he's hardly played since he arrived and we could feel the lack of confidence tonight.
It all ended in frustration when Song didn't complete an esay pass at the 93rd minute...
However I wan't to say thank you Arsene and thank you the Guneers for making us believe until the last second. Let's concentrate on that 4th place now and do better next year
