Man, it really chaps my ass when I forget to update a fantasy team. Yesterday I was online for much of the morning, and I forgot to update my Fast Break lineup on ESPN.com.

The worst part is, it's really tough to gain ground right now with the salaries so low. Now, taking nearly a goose-egg for the day is going to hurt a lot.

I kicked myself several times; I now have sore shins. Gonna have to pick up my performance real quick.
