Answer: #Swimming Day 3 of 5 per week [laughter] ...
3+ years ago, I decided to add swimming to my #fitness #training
Therefore, I committed myself to the following:
1st Goal = Swim every other day for 30 days [based on the idea: 30 days creates a habit].
2nd Goal = Swim every other day for 90 days [based on the idea: 90 days creates a lifestyle].
3rd Goal = Swim every other day for 1 year.
4th Goal = Swim 5 days per week for 1 year.
And here we are ...
3+ years later. I'm a #swimmer!
Goals accomplished!
And to think; it all began with that first 4 minute swim [which nearly killed me] ...
