After approximately 33 days of the “Stay Home” Ordinance in San Francisco, I have started to become comfortable with teaching Zoom Online Yoga Classes. I have uploaded the yoga class video onto YouTube so yoga students can use it as a tool for continuing their practice of Hatha Yoga.
