Leon Draisaitl scored a pair of goals and added an assist during a 3-2 win against the Winnipeg Jets on Saturday.
Just another night at the office for the 24-year-old. The monster night strengthens his MVP case, as Draisaitl now has 39 goals and 63 assists for a league-leading 102 points. He opened the scoring by tallying on the power play in the first period after receiving a pass from Connor McDavid, tied the game at 2-2 in the second period after another setup from McDavid, and collected the primary assist on Ryan Nugent-Hopkins’ game-winning goal in the third period. Whenever you picked Draisaitl in your fantasy draft, you got yourself a bargain. Look for him to be selected in the top three in most leagues next season
