Twenty five year-old Jeffrey "Bull" Arienza stopped the former Indonesian Superlightweight champ Wellem Reyk despite of his physical disabilities, He was born with one leg was shorter that the other.

Arienza was the aggressor and tried to bully the Indonesian landing combinations to the body, Wellem Reyk tried to counter but Arienza didn't respect the power of the Indonesian.

In the fourth Round Arienza was ahead of all three judges scorecards (40-36). Arienza hurted Reyk with a left hook to the head but the Indonesian fighter tried his best to clinch to stop the flurry of the Filipino. In the 5th round Arienza finally landed a clear devastating hook to the body and stopped the Indonesian to claim the WBC Asian Boxing Council Superlightweight title

"Nahirapan din ako kase takbo sya ng takbo pero na-KO naman natin sa 5th round" said Arienza who was happy for his victory.

In the battle for the Philippine flyweight title,Jr Cagubcob scored knokdown in 2nd round enroute to his impressive Knockout in the 3rd round over veteran and defending champion Donny Mabao. The fight was exciting, fighters traded heavy punches but it seemed that more experienced Mabao was more accurate of the two fighters. In the third round Cagubcob landed a hook to the head followed by a short left body shot to the body to stop Mabao in third round. 

"Unang una nagpapasalamat ako sa promoter ko si sir Bebot, sir Garren at Elorde gym hindi ako makakalaban sa championship kung di dahil sakanila" said Cagubcob "Mag eensayo pa ako ng mabuti para sa mga susunod na laban" he added.

Another championship fight was a thrilling fight between Silvester Lopez and Danilo Pena. Silvester Lopez gets off the canvass to beat the veteran boxer Pena and claim the WBC ABCO featherweight title.
