Boston College Underwhelms With Yet Another Coaching Hire

Jim Christian has been named the head coach at Boston College, sources confirmed to CBSSports.com.

Here is some background:
Christian has been at Ohio for the last two seasons, going 49-22 after taking over for John Groce. He spent the previous four seasons at TCU, after going to two NCAA Tournaments in six seasons at Kent State.

Christian had been an assistant at Western Kentucky, St. Francis (Pa.), Miami (Ohio), Pittsburgh and Kent State.

I mean BC is just a comedy of errors for their coaching hires. First they get rid of the best coach in the history of the school for no reason and bad mouth him so much on the way out it destroys his career in Al Skinner. Then hire shitty Steve Donahue who only was successful with Al Skinners players. Fired him after they found out he can only coach Cornell, now hire this bum who hasn't coached in a competitive conference his whole career. What a joke.

Boston College needed to make a splash and hire a name who has been successful, but in true BC fashion they decided to go the shit route.

They should have crawled back to Skinner and admitted their mistakes.

But hey, this played at BU
