According to the research group CIES Football Observatory Inter have the second most valuable squad in Serie A, just behind Juventus.
The Inter squad is valued at €773m, which is the 11th most valuable in Europe, and is only €10m behind Juventus at €783m.
The CIES use a number of variables including the age of the player, performances, economic value of their club and inflation to work out the values of players.

Liverpool has the most valuable squad, worth a whopping €1.4 billion (£1.27 billion), which puts them ahead of every other club on the continent. Second is Premier League rival Manchester City at €1.36b.
Spanish giants Barcelona (€1.17b) and Real Madrid (€1.1b) are third and fourth respectively, with Chelsea shockingly in fifth place (€1.08b) despite having been banned from signing players in last summer’s transfer window.
According to CIES, the value of Chelsea’s squad has “strongly increased” due to the emergence of so many young players since the ban was imposed on them by FIFA.
