The Los Angeles Dodgers have another chance to show that they can be dominant in the postseason, not just in the regular season.
Last year they were excellent from April to September, but lost against the San Diego Padres in the National League Division Series.
This year, they had the second best record in the National League at 100-62, and are set to face the Arizona Diamondbacks in the NLDS.
With the firm intention of avoiding a similar scenario to last year, the Dodgers will send two aces for Games 1 and 2 in LA.

Kershaw is having a typical late-career Kershaw season: an extremely low ERA but a limited workload due to injuries and/or load management.
In 131.2 regular season innings, the star lefty had a 2.46 ERA in the regular season, with a solid 137/40 strikeout per walk ratio.
He had some injury issues but is back to 100 percent.
Kershaw is eager to lower his career postseason ERA this year.
He has a 2.48 mark in the regular season, and a 4.22 mark in the playoffs, sparking a narrative that he is not a clutch pitcher.
On the other hand, exciting rookie Bobby Miller is taking the mound for the second game of the series against Arizona.
Miller had a 3.76 ERA in 22 starts and 124.1 innings and became one of the most reliable pitchers on the Dodgers’ roster.
After that, the Dodgers could use Lance Lynn or Ryan Pepiot if needed.
LA has a tough opponent, and pitchers need to be at their best if they want to advance.
